1. Using SafetyBoat

You may use our services for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You represent that you have the authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you use our services.

2. Partner relationships

Partnerships are subject to separate agreements. Submissions through the partner application do not create any binding commercial relationship until executed in writing.

3. Liability

SafetyBoat is a distribution platform that connects users to licensed insurers. We are not an insurer. Liability is limited as set out in the full Terms of Service.
